Worthless AI system i just want to talk to someone, Ill just call another company. I went thru the prompts 5 times and it kept hanging up on me
I have not had a good experience with them getting my windshield replaced, but I am giving them a chance to remedy the situation. Third times a charm, right? The 1st appt was rescheduled due to the tech calling in sick and they had no replacement to send. The 2nd appt was supposed to be between 8AM and 12, the tech called and said they'd be a little late. My windshield was broken and needed to be replaced.
Had a Safelite technician come by the house to replace my 2025 Jeep Wrangler windshield on a Saturday. (Anthony) was the tech that came by. He was able to replace the windshield but was not able to calibrate it. He explained that being the Jeep was 2025 that there was new software that was supposed to be sent to their tablets either later that afternoon or the next day.
