Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable. I scheduled an appointment and received multiple confirmation emails and text messages for a 12–5 PM window, no one showed up, and I never received a call or explanation. Their phone number connects only to an unhelpful automated system. When I finally reached a live person, the only response was, “We don’t know what happened, but we can reschedule.” At this point, I have zero confidence that a second appointment would actually occur. Was very impressed with their work they provided to install new windshield. They even saved my two stickers for me. Highly recommend!
I had an appt last week and my tech was a no call no show. I rescheduled my appt. He arrived. Very truthful upfront that the glass had a scratch if I still wanted it. After communicating he went straight to work. Highly recommend this business.
Staff was friendly and the tech said it would take up to two hours for the work to be completed, only took the tech 55 minutes. Highly recommend if you need windshield replacement.
I originally went to Safelite in Waukesha, and they were horrible. They kept rescheduling and didn’t order my OEM glass, even though I ordered it four times, and when they got the OEM glass, they brought a mislabeled Windshield to my house, which could not be placed into my non-rain-sensor car.
