Technicians were professional. After they replaced the windshield and upon driving my vehicle to calibrate the safety features; they informed me that the windshield had defects. They didn’t hide it and they informed me that they would take care of the paperwork and schedule a replacement. I’ve had other companies hide defects and then fight me on fixing. So I appreciate their honesty. You can’t see the defects until the sun hits them.
