Tech was on time, knowledgeable, and respectful. Everything went well. Not a 5 star because they brokek a windshield graud. Other than that everything went well
Would surely recommend to all if a object that was on the road hit your windshield and cracked it. My geico insurance covered the whole cost of replacing my windshield. The process was very simple to do the claim on the geico app and very fast. You even have the option that safelite could send someone to you or you could take the vehicle to them. Patrick was the tech who came out to our home in Lake Placid, Florida on 8/19. My daughters windshield lost to a hanging branch, so we had to have a full windshield replacement. He had great customer service skills. Absolutely excellent at communicating his arrival time. He cleaned everything perfectly and gave us after care instructions so we didn't botch all of his hard work. I would absolutely recommend Safelite and Patrick
