They really listen to what you have to say. I was concerned that it would have to be a total Replacement and not just a repair and I was correct the insurance company thought it was just going to be a repair but Safelite listen to me explain where it was and he said absolutely it had to be a replacement. They were very quick about my appointment. And the technician they sent. I can’t say enough good things about. He was a very kind, considerate and respectful gentleman, and he did an excellent job.
Easy to schedule an appointment. Tech was friendly and explained everything.
