They tell me my windshield can't be fixed due to rust. I have one spot of rust and it is not where the crack started. Bunch of bs.

Unprofessional.... I went through my insurance company and they placed the order with safelite yesterday. I called today at 1pm. I was transferred to two different people who knew nothing of my appointment and couldn't explain why my window wasn't ordered. Then proceeded to tell me it'd be 3-5 days.... Um no thank you living out of town where my window was shattered I can't wait 3-5 days. I went to Jim's Specialty Shop. They had to order the part also but It'll be fixed tomorrow before noon.
