Terrible experience, they did not arrive for the original appointment even though my wife took kids out of summer camp to wait for them. No call or txt to update us, I hate to call them to reschedule another day so kids miss summer camp again. They called at the correct time to say they are on their way to for a windscreen, even though it was a door glass! Eventually fitted glass quickly however we found two acres left over afterwards and will need to work that our selves. Shocking service and will not be using them again or... read more
The technician Zeke was very professional, kept me updated on his arrival and did a great job!
tech spilled primer on my walkway and never cleaned it up. I booked a warranty visit for them to come back to clean the spill and the Worcester store manager cancelled the appointment and had the tech leave my location. I called 800 and reported the issue, and they said they would contact district manager, and have yet to hear back from anyone! awful service, and ruined my walkway. The store manager from Worcester has never reached out to me. Horrible customer service!!
My windshield was well-fitted and recaliberated. I would definitely recommend to others.
