If I could give ZERO stars I would. I scheduled the appt for Monday, Oct 6 between 8a -12p. The technician called me at 7:33a to lmk I'm the 3rd stop of the day. At 11:55a I called Safelite and asked if he was coming or not. They informed me he was injured on another job. I said don't you think it would have been nice if you let the customers know? Quick fast very good work good guy
They are a life saver!! The tech Mark was amazing. He came to my house to fix a passenger side window. He did it with ease. He was fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I won't go to anyone else.
