Very happy overall. Had to reschedule 3 times due to weather but I finally brought the vehicle in to the shop for repairs. All went smoothly. This is my second vehicle repaired here and I'm very pleased. I didn't even contact my insurance company. Safelite did everything for me. Dropped it off very early for my appointment.Got a text it was done only 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I will be going here for all my future glass needs.
Claim process for my windshield replacement was extremely fast and easy online. I didn't need to talk to anyone and I did it all online via my cell. David called me before coming to my work location, performed the swap and called me when he was done. He was professional and personable. Would highly recommend Safelite and would definitely use them again.

Needed a windshield replacement, and my insurance carrier MAPFRE has a direct program with Safelite. Making my mobile appointment to have the replacement done at my home was so simple and easy. My technician, Marvin, kept me updated on the day of the repair on when he would arrive. He was on time, very professional, and courteous. Overall, just a great service experience!
