To begin with the manger at this location is horrible! Very ignorant women. Belinenda refused to admit to her facility’s wrongs and kept switching up her story. She threatened to refuse service when I wanted to speak to corporate because she wasn’t trying to come to a compromise for damages THEY caused that weren’t already there. Then on top of all this I wait 2 and a half hours for them to just call me and tell me they can’t replace the windshield because the one they ordered was broken, who does that? Wonderful experience. Easy to schedule. Showed up when they said they would snd the technician was knowledgeable and polite
They ran 2 hours behind to even touch a car let alone actually do the repair.
