Well, when I first walked into the shop, I was greeted by a very friendly guy, and he let me know that everything will be done in a timely fashion, and then I was gonna be well taken care of while I was there and while I was there waiting. Damaged my daughter's $430 car seat. I needed to purchase a new one per the manufacturer. Requested they reimburse me for the new car seat and have not heard back. They also had to cancel and reschedule my appointment 4 times. Twice the day of, once after I had already been there for 30 minutes waiting, because they didn't have the glass or the glass had been damaged.
I received great service from this location. My windshield replacement went smoothly and on time. Great communication and updates throughout the process.
Safelite on Park Ave in Worcester replaced my cracked windshield. The technician was very professional and helpful, and the new windshield looks great! I highly recommend this company! My insurance company, Nationwide, recommended this vendor and paid for the windshield replacement. I am very pleased!
