When I returned home after replacing the windshield, I noticed that the hood was not in its normal position and there was a clear gap under it. I went back to the technician and showed him the problem, but instead of trying to fix what he had done, he started denying responsibility and claimed that the issue was not caused by him. Came in to the 229 Park Ave, Worcester location, on a Saturday morning, to have them look at dents in my roof that I thought may have come from a recent windshield replacement (at a different location). The gentleman who came out to meet us was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in assuring us that the damage to the roof was not due to the windshield replacement. I went for a windshield replacement today and they completely scratched the top of the car, check your car when they give it to you, this is what they did to my car and not sure how they plan on paying for the scratches
