Well, when I first walked into the shop, I was greeted by a very friendly guy, and he let me know that everything will be done in a timely fashion, and then I was gonna be well taken care of while I was there and while I was there waiting. I was able to watch TV or drink, coffee, and People are really friendly when the mechanic came out these guys did a great job. He was also friendly. Super friendly and efficient staff! I was greeted with a smile. The staff assessed my car and brought it right in. The work was completed quickly. Also I was super impressed with how the staff went out of their way to help all customers!
Easy drop off and pickup. No paper to deal with. Automatically handled by insurance. Finished well within the agreed upon time frame. The new window seems fine so far. The car was clean at pickup.
I had a 10:00am appointment at 229 Park Ave. Worcester,Ma. I showed up 10 min like they said to. They told me it would be 1, 1 1/2 hrs. Then another customer came in 15 min. after me with a 10 am appointment, they told him 2 to 3 hours. They took his car in before me, they said oh there were 2 orders and the other tech. grab his ? Then gave another excuse, was there already 1 1/2 hrs. Waiting. I just left. Way to go !
