The service was great! The method to schedule an appointment, to coordinating with auto insurance was seamless. Communication was constant through email and SMS. At the time of appointment, the wait for windshield and wiper blade replacements was reasonable. Extremely disappointed. I called yesterday due to getting a chip in my window while driving. I set up a mobile appointment for today. Unfortunately I was informed 2.5 hours before my appointment that the technician called in sick. I understand people get sick. Here are where the issues are. They emailed me instead of calling me. Had the rear window in my truck replaced because the defrost didn’t work. Now the defrost still doesn’t work and additionally the sliding window doesn’t open. Now I have to go back for warranty repair but addition hassle for me to get this fixed twice.
Excellent experience. Repair person (sorry don't recollect the name) was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and thorough.
Easy to schedule and the technician, Chris, provided great communication prior to the appointment and at completion. He really made this at-home windshield replacement easier than expected.
