If your only goal is to have your windshield repaired or replaced, then the service itself was successful. I left with a new windshield and am pleased with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service and communication throughout the process. My windshield was hit by a rock and needed to be replaced. It took six appointments to get our windshield repaired. Weather cancellation, technician no- show, technician was sick, bracket was broken on replacement windshield, replacement windshield was chipped…..
