Very disappointing experience with the Safelite Sterling location. After my windshield replacement, there was a visible gap between the windshield and the plastic trim of car body. This is unacceptable workmanship for a professional windshield installation, especially on a brand-new vehicle. I am now concerned about wind noise, possible rainwater intrusion, and long-term durability issues.
