Went to get my windshield replaced in august and one of the technicians ended up breaking my rear view mirror attachment I purchased for my car. In my head I was thinking its not a big deal and even the guy at the front and technician was saying I would get an email to be reimbursed for it. I waited for 2 weeks, no email. Every detail was carefully attended to. From coordinating and confirming arrival time, estimated time of replacement, and installation of new windshield. The technician could not have been a nicer person and his workmanship was second to none. Easily the best replacement experience we have ever had. Bravo Safelite!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Safelite. What should have been a simple windshield service turned into an incredibly frustrating situation that left us questioning both the handling of our vehicle and the professionalism of the employees. Our vehicle was taken onto the highway for over 20 minutes without a clear explanation. When we questioned where it was, we were told that they take vehicles to Sheetz. Safelite did a very good job. At first they didn’t call us back when they were supposed to so we had to call them but other than that everything was great.
