Good service. They do wonderful service for the money you pay. But they sell their wipers indirectly and never show the same in the beginning of the work in the bill you sign and at the end charges you100+ $ for just wipers. Ask twice about any added bills if the insurance company covers your breakge. Thanks
The Sterling shop recently replaced the windshild on my 2020 Honda Accord. The technician Cristien was fantastic. The job was completed quickly and the quality of work was outstanding. Would recommend.
Avoid Safelite at all costs! I paid for a windshield repair on 11/11/2024, trusting their so-called 'expert service' and 'money-back guarantee.' Not only did the repair fail completely, but the crack expanded across my windshield, and have to replace the entire thing. When I contacted customer service, they claimed they would 'forward my request to management.' That was over a month ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have completely ignored me. We tried going through them to get a cracked windshield replaced. We were told they would need to recalibrate due to the fact there were cameras, sensors, etc. However, when we arrived, we were told the car was too low to the ground and they could not do the repair, because their equipment is not made to accommodate lowered vehicles. Good customer service, but a waste of our time. Please make sure you ask about this before you go. Manager is rude and all he does lie in everyday and if doesn't like your looks he screws you round as long as possible
