Great customer service, expert knowledge, and short wait time!
There is glue poring out of the seal along roof and looks terrible, the cowl was not put back in right at all, I said something was told it’s a 20 year old car all rotted out and nothing they can do when in fact the car is in really nice shape and it’s a well taken care bmw! And if the person that took it apart knew how to put it back together the way it came apart it would not be flopping around and it looks terrible I will never go back to the Hudson one again!
Roman showed up on time, was articulate, professional and completed the windshield repair in a timely manner, with a great attitude. Not sure if I could have asked for better service experience than that! Thank you and have a blessed Easter!
So happy with the fast and efficient work done to replace my window. The very next day they came out to my house & done by 2pm. Amazingly fast!!!
We have used Safelite the past 6 months on 3 vehicles. 2 of the 3 vehicles they broke the rearview mirror assembly. They fixed it at no cost, however, it was another trip I had to make to Hudson to fix the mirrors once they had the replacement parts.
