DO NOT use this company or branch office to repair your windshield. The service person cracked my window while repairing a chip. He told me to call this office to talk about a windshield repair. I tried calling 3 times ... you don't get a person, you get a run around and then they hang up on you. I finally Googled and got the Safelight 800 number who then connected me to the Hudson office to find out it will cost ME $1000 to repair my windshield that he broke as that is my insurance deductible.
