would give zero if I could. Booked an appointment. They were a no-show, without the courtesy of a call. Rebooked the appointment, and, again, they were a no-show without bothering to call. The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Stay away from this garbage operation.
Great service, great staff. I did very little effort. They took care of everything with ease. Cost was very reasonable
The installer, Ian, was punctual, professional and competent! Communication with him was excellent. I would definitely use Safelite again. The call center reps were nice, but not always as knowledgeable as I would’ve preferred. I wish I would’ve been able to call the local shop directly in order to set up this service.
Replace windshield. Antenna won’t stick to new windshield. Cannot get a response from safelite
Rear view mirror broken- left hanging by wires... they are almost impossible to get a hold of. Zero stars
