So unfortunately I realized I had a huge crack in the glass and scheduled with Geico using the app. I originally opted for the replacement at my house but re-read the email Safelite sent saying that due to having a camera system that I needed to visit a Safelite store for re-calibration when changing the class. The sales representative was very helpful and kind and said I wouldn't be able to do it after and it needed to be fully competed at the store. I've called my insurance company two times to get our windshield fixed. Each time I'm routed to Safelite. I make an appointment and for multiple reasons (tech sick & rain) they cancel the appointment. I never get a call back. When I do call they say they'll look into it. This place is a joke.
Great place to get your glass fixed
Had my windshield replaced by them 2 months ago, they left black rubber scraping all over my dashboard. Broke my windshield trim piece, broke my rear view mirror, and my touch screen radio display. I called customer service and the next day they sent a tech to take pictures. After that I hear nothing. I’ve called 3-4 times a week for the last 2 months.
