Had an appointment with them on Sat the 16th between 1-6 no one ever showed up or called wasted my whole day called the shop no one ever answer the phone it must be done on line

Called Thursday Aug 13 to schedule replacement for crack in my new 2020 Kia Sportage. Appt was scheduled for Monday 8/17/20 between 12 and 5pm. Tech arrived at 1:20. Very professional and got everything set up, only to discover he had the wrong windshield! Ok, things happen. Rescheduled me for Fri 8/21/20, between 12 and 5 p.m. Tech arrives at 1:30 pm, starts setting up, then I notice he puts the windshield back in his van. Pulls out another one. Ok, easy mistake.
