This appears to be a business decision not a reflection of anyone specifically at this store. I called the number posted online and no matter my selection it would not let me talk to a person physically at the Zanesville shop. So I did the live chat and Michelle gave me the local number for the Zanesville shop...same thing. Nothing but an automated service wanting me to schedule my appointment.
