Ben at the Kent location provided excellent customer service throughout the whole stay but especially during my move-out process. He made a stressful transition incredibly smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. If you need storage in the area, ask for Ben—he is incredibly helpful and professional!
1 Star I would not recommend Safeguard Storage. Their pricing is misleading and changed multiple times during the process. The unit I saw advertised online was not the price I was ultimately quoted. During one phone call, the price went from around $44, to $59, and then into the $100+ range with additional fees. The online pricing does not reflect what you’ll actually pay.
