1 Star I would not recommend Safeguard Storage. Their pricing is misleading and changed multiple times during the process. The unit I saw advertised online was not the price I was ultimately quoted. During one phone call, the price went from around $44, to $59, and then into the $100+ range with additional fees. The online pricing does not reflect what you’ll actually pay. Kaya at the front desk was wonderful awesome service and I like the unit.
Willing to change this review if things are handled accordingly. I was told my unit was going up for auction last month after I had gotten a new bank card and my autopay didn't go through. I no longer live in kent and was told that I could not make a payment over the phone or internet. I had the money for the payment and it wasn't accepted. I understand it's a business but people need to be told accurate and consistent information, not something different each time.
