the cost of the storage is out of line with the amenities-- primarily the access hours as well as the actual access. one bay for vehicles and not reliable nor dedicated on-street parking makes this facility a less than good value. while the facilities were clean-- and new-- this did not override the cost increases and the lack of access making this a poor choice over other facilities in the area. no, i would not recommend this facility.
From start to finish the customer service was AWESOME !!!!!!!! I called the general number online and spoke with a call Center rep name Kathy, she was great. I told her what I was moving and right off of the back she knew what size I would need, I let her know that I would still be shopping around however she still held a reservation for me .
