Today I came to check in my reservation for a storage unit and I decided to switch the storage unit to a smaller unit and when I did I found out I had to pay $49 for 10 days of the month whoch makes no sense. Also for the month of september and october was half the price so it was gonna be about $34 plus a fee of $29 which is to high for a fee and not only that but the worker that works there started to curse and insult me behind my back. This place is dirty. Mouse droppings and roaches. If you choose to use this facility, I highly recommend using sealed plastic containers and doubled plastic bags. I would not recommend. The staff is very nice.
