Jason is the best. He explained everything thoroughly, was very friendly, organized and professional.
I had an outstanding experience at Safeguard Self Storage in Albany, Brooklyn, and a large part of that was due to Mike's exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, Mike was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, making the entire process of selecting and setting up the storage unit seamless and stress-free. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a secure space. Five stars all the way!
