I leave this review with a lot of disappointment. I understand perfectly that I was late in payment and assumed my responsibility by paying what was owed. However, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. I respectfully went to ask for access to my unit after having paid, and the person in charge answered me shouting that "if I don't pay on time they close it and I have to wait," in a rude and unprofessional tone.
