RecommendedI had a fantastic experience working with Moriah in the Uptown location over the weekend. The size of my unit needed to be upgraded and she made it happen seamlessly for my movers because I have already left the state. It’s the ONLY part of my move that has gone well! I would highly recommend Safeguard Self Storage because of this level of professionalism!

RecommendedOn 98th Harlem Ave. Lee is the very very nice man that I interacted with! So if the place is a reflection of its employees, this is a great place! The facilities are very clean and the area is well kept! The only and only complaint I have is the ease at getting to it! You have to drive a ways out of the way to make a turn going back to the facilities, there’s no turnaround! In Harlem Ave. Bridgeveiw Il.

RecommendedThe only thing I would recommend is that maybe when people are coming to unload or take out and other peoples drive up when there’s someone already waiting to drive into the spot that they take numbers so that they won’t be so much conflict with who goes next into the loading spot to unload or load. other than that my experience was amazing and professional and I was in and out
