Mike and his roofing crew did a great job from start to finish. Communication was excellent and Mike was always responsive and easy to work with. He explained the project clearly, provided options, and was transparent about pricing. When some roof sheathing needed to be replaced, Mike was honest about what actually needed replacement and only replaced what was necessary instead of inflating the change order.
