I just had my full roof completed by Safeguard Roofing. I can not say enough positive things about my experience! Mike the owner was truly amazing. He explained everything in detail during the initial inspection, sent video of the work in progress throughout the day…wow what an eye opener. Had a great experience with Mike and the team from Safeguard. Mike provided great service from providing us with a quote all the way through the end making sure all punch list items were addressed. He had a great lead man in Frank on-site everyday throughout the project. Frank checked in with us periodically during each day the team was onsite, keeping us updated.
1000% would recommend Safeguard. Every part of the process was handled professionally. Of the three quotes I received, Safeguard beat the competition. Even if they were a little higher, the proposal was the reassurance. Mike made sure to include a line-item breakdown of the job, his GAF Golden Pledge certification (extends warranty), he also included his insurance certificates. Frankie, the project manager went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on task and the cleanup was perfect. They double and triple checked for any remaining nails, scraps, or debris.
