Dave built 2 sheds for us and did a great job so I hired them again. I'm sorry I did! The simple job for an already framed room, drywalling, flooring, and painting a 425 sq ft area should take anywhere from 5 to 10+ days, depending on the complexity of the job has taken 7 months--and they still are not done! They did do extra flooring but finished that months ago. The communication has been terrible, and work has been subpar. Edited to add on 9/25/24- Dave did come out on 8/10/24 and acknowledged work needed to be fixed. However Dave claimed work would be started in a few weeks to address our concerns however, Dave has yet to show up and continues to give us the “hopefully soon” response as to when he will show up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My husband and I hired Dave as he is distant family. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My husband and I hired Dave as he is distant family. Initially Dave was a few months behind, but once he got started the project took a year to complete when we were told it would only take a month or two. The craftsmanship is absolutely awful to top it all off! At first the fireplace smoked up the entire room, the counters chipped the first time I cleaned them (they were supposed to withstand whatever granite could however they couldn’t even withstand a wet rag), stone work was sloppy, stones fell ... read more
