We purchased our home in Hudson three years ago and hired Safeguard Renovation to build a two-car detached garage and pour a new driveway. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Dave is a phenomenal contractor. His work is visionary and exceptional. He has done numerous renovations for us and I would not hesitate to use him on future projects.
I can’t recommend David and his company enough! We recently had a major issue with our crawlspace flooding due to a clogged sanitary line from the house to the street, and it could not have been a more stressful situation. Dave built 2 sheds for us and did a great job so I hired them again. I'm sorry I did! The simple job for an already framed room, drywalling, flooring, and painting a 425 sq ft area should take anywhere from 5 to 10+ days, depending on the complexity of the job has taken 7 months--and they still are not done! They did do extra flooring but finished that months ago. The communication has been terrible, and work has been subpar.
