I opened my security deposit check to see that I have been charged 700 dollars for things that I didn’t even know I was being charged for because when I signed the walk through I was being charged those things on the bill. I give one start due to care of our house after 2 renters and 4 years later return home to things that should have come out of renters deposit like my holes in my screen and my garage door that was broken by them on our first walk through before we left is not the same door they said they would fix it. Well 4 years later it's not dosen't open right and they replace it with crapy square windows not the ones I paid alot extra for.
