I wanted to rent a house that was being rented through Safeguard Property Management. I attempted to contact them using the main phone number and the online email form on day one without success. No answer no response. I checked my spam folder no response. Day two I start calling several extensions at safeguard including the main operater extension along. I loved renting from safeguard and hated to move but had to for work. They were pretty amazing and caring and were wonderful to rent from. I got my deposit refunded in a timely manner and because I left the house in the condition I moved in and they were extremely helpful sending out an expectation sheet 30 days before I moved out on how to get by deposit back.
