A lady came out of nowhere and start taking pictures of my home. She stated state farm sent her here but really couldn't give me a direct answer. She was going all over the place with her answer. By reading the reviews, THANK GOODNESS I was home.
Very good service
They unfairly failed me on an insurance inspection after move in. Said there are missing and broken shingles so they sent for my insurance to get canceled. There is an attached garage in the back with shingles (all intact) and a metal roof on the rest of the house and it is fine condition. 👎 Now it’s obvious to me how poorly this company is run after reading many one star reviews.
State Farm sent safeguard properties management to my house to do a survey and the man they sent was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Within moments to arriving to my house, he was asking me if I was married and then proceeded to tell me how his wife passed away in 2019 so he was lonely. After telling him that I was in fact married and pointed to the restroom, where my husband was, he then proceeded to tell me that I have to go to the Hospital when I am sick because that’s how his wife died.
