Absolutely the worst property management company I've dealt with. They seem completely unconcerned about serious safety issues, including a tree that appears likely to fall and potentially injure someone or cause significant property damage. Unless the problem directly affects a property they manage, it feels like it gets ignored. Communication is extremely poor. Absolutely the worst company! The property they manage has a fallen tree that is creating a serious safety hazard for both residents and people using the trail behind the property. We have been reporting this issue for four days and have called multiple times, yet we continue to get the runaround. Their only response has been that they are "waiting on a bid," while the dangerous condition remains unresolved. The shadiest company I have ever encountered. Constantly not paid out for completed orders. Incompetent, dishonest, nasty staff. One year of this clown show. Stay away.
They just hung a door tag on my door even though I have a no solicitations sign up. Dirty Company. REPLY: You send those via mail. Not a door tag that your "employee" just drops off on my porch. Unless you can prove you're not lying to me, this review stays. Have the day you deserve!
