This HVAC team is one of the best. Honest, Straight forward. Diagnosis the problem before giving you a solution. Provided us with options to get our system up and running vs. 3 other companies that automatically went into selling us new units and lines instead of pressure testing our 3 mini splits first. So happy we went with them to fix our unit.
My HVAC stopped working last night in the coldest of weather. I found Safeguard Mechanical's number on Facebook the next morning and called Allan at 8am. He instantly picked up, and said he'd be over to fix the problem. He came at 10:30am, new exactly what was wrong (The motor failed even after only 1 1/2 years), and talked me through what the process would be to fix it, as he needed to get a new motor.
