I used Barrett Harding for 15 years a few years ago they changed their name to nav sav and along with that customer service dropped down to where you can't even get a return phone call, my policy is up for renewal in a few weeks and it was crucial that I updated the policy so I called last week and I spoke to Kathy, she had me bring documents down for my electrical panel upgrade and numerous other Home Improvements to add to my homeowners policy. I used to love this company, but sadly customer service has taken a sharp dive down hill. Bruce, the commercial policy agent has a clear disregard for helping and taking care of clients when it comes to either starting a new policy, canceling an old one, or servicing an active one. I will not be returning and I recommend you stay away from them
Samantha is literally my angel!!!!! I got a new HOI policy last year but I didn't remember the renewal date right---Samantha was totally on point and reached out to me--- she got it all taken care of!! Samantha and the whole gang at NASAV are the best--professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! Thank you for looking after me & my insurance!! :) :)
Added a vehicle to our commercial policy. NavSav / Bruce Hall sent us Insurance ID card. turns out, vehicle was NEVER added. My employee was driving an uninsured vehicle for MONTHS. Also requested changes to our policy. 3+ months now and still not done. Had enough, going elsewhere.
