I used to love this company, but sadly customer service has taken a sharp dive down hill. Bruce, the commercial policy agent has a clear disregard for helping and taking care of clients when it comes to either starting a new policy, canceling an old one, or servicing an active one. I will not be returning and I recommend you stay away from them
Samantha is literally my angel!!!!! I got a new HOI policy last year but I didn't remember the renewal date right---Samantha was totally on point and reached out to me--- she got it all taken care of!! Added a vehicle to our commercial policy. NavSav / Bruce Hall sent us Insurance ID card. turns out, vehicle was NEVER added. My employee was driving an uninsured vehicle for MONTHS. Also requested changes to our policy. 3+ months now and still not done. Had enough, going elsewhere.
My NavSav agent Amber was a lifesaver in transferring auto insurance to me after my mother passed away. She stayed with me until everything was cleared up. Very professional. Forever grateful.
