My family had Luigi come out for a home inspection for a multi-family house. He delivered a thorough report two days later. The home was a new development, and even though there was less of a chance for issues to pop up Luigi was thorough and careful. Luigi was great! He was extremely accommodating with scheduling and made the entire process quick, smooth and stress-free. He was personable, professional, and very communicative throughout. And most importantly , he inspected the home as if he and his own family were going to live there—thorough, honest, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely recommend him 100%!

Luigi was fantastic to work with! I had a lot of questions (first-time homebuyer), and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire inspection process smooth and stress-free. He was also very flexible with scheduling, which really helped keep things moving on my end.
