My family had Luigi come out for a home inspection for a multi-family house. He delivered a thorough report two days later. The home was a new development, and even though there was less of a chance for issues to pop up Luigi was thorough and careful. Before, during, and after the inspection, Luigi made an effort to communicate clearly and always welcomed questions. Luigi was great! He was extremely accommodating with scheduling and made the entire process quick, smooth and stress-free. He was personable, professional, and very communicative throughout. And most importantly , he inspected the home as if he and his own family were going to live there—thorough, honest, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely recommend him 100%!
