The best home inspection company in Florida hands down! I’ve used them in multiple deals of mine and will always continue to use them!
Would give a 0 star if I could. Similar to other reviews, extremely unprofessional. Feels like you are just a check to them. Their actions indicate they do not care that people have been displaced from their homes and need inspections to be able to move onto next steps with their home repairs. Disheartening to say the least.

Despite other reviews, I always recommend them to my clients and not a single one was dissatisfied. They are very thorough, honest and direct to the point. They are by-the-book inspectors and will tell you the truth about each issues.
Don and his team were awesome. They came out within 24 hours and did a complete inspection of the home I am purchasing. Due to their detailed report including a wind mitigation report, I was able to secure HomeOwners insurance at a very affordable rate. I would highly recommend his services in future.
