As one of their vehicles with a wood chipper on the back of it, was entering into the roadway, they almost caused an accident. I watched that driver of the vehicle and even slowed my own speed down so I can find out what company they were part of. They deliberately dropped their speed down to lower than mine, particularly lower than 20 miles per hour in a 45 and 55 mile an hour Zone. They know they made a mistake and didn't want to get caught.
