Safeco is the worst insurance company ever. They have no intentions of paying the damages caused by their insured. Trash company!
I honestly do not have the words for how unpleasant of an experience dealing with this company has been for me. My claims agent Rhea Rocks never once called me back or returned a single message. She put my car through the appraisal process, got it totaled (and uninsurable) then they kept threatening to come obtain my car from me, which would have been okay except they denied my claim. So now I am stuck with a totaled car and no compensation even though I was hit on the highway by a liberty mutual customer with a police repor... read more
