Imagine hiring a babysitter through an agency for $20 / hour for your 9 month old baby. Once you’re out having fun (and have already paid a deposit), the babysitter calls to inform you that the baby has soiled himself, and it’ll be $5 to change the diaper (even though you have diapers) and $10 if there’s poop inside it. Worst experience. Was not told it would be a third party moving company. They came late and did not speak English. Had to speak through an app. I said my dad’s military memorabilia was the most important please take care of it. I had a bad feeling. When the next moving company came to deliver (not safebound) they would not deliver unless I paid cash. Suspicious for a moving company I had a card on file I thought to and make sure it was taken care of. Called a friend and had to wait for their cash to deliver. No one told me. ... read more

Very reasonable price. Amazing customer service. Friendly movers. Quick and efficient. Didn't break any of my things. The quoted price was exactly what it came out to be. Can't find words to explain their professionalism. Highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from the initial inquiry right through to delivery. Our driver was fantastic! I am pleased with my move. If somebody asks me for an efficient moving company, I will recommend these guys!

They delivered everything as promised. I was called an hour earlier before the scheduled move-in time, and everything was done and finished before the 3-hour minimum. I would definitely recommend Safebound Moving to anything, and I will use them again for my next move.
