The Safebound team just moved us yesterday and WOW what an experience! We've moved 4 times in the last 10 years and this was hands down the best. Daniel and his crew were incredibly careful with our antique furniture collection - they wrapped each piece like it was going to a museum. Unfortunately I will never use your company again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone. 1. You raised the price incorrectly after my first full property inventory. ** I had already paid $6,000 deposit that was non refundable so what was I going to do, cancel and not get back my $6000? 2. Imagine hiring a babysitter through an agency for $20 / hour for your 9 month old baby. Once you’re out having fun (and have already paid a deposit), the babysitter calls to inform you that the baby has soiled himself, and it’ll be $5 to change the diaper (even though you have diapers) and $10 if there’s poop inside it. Furthermore, once it’s time to eat, they’ll charge separately for heating the meal you’ve already prepared, feeding the baby, and burping him. Worst experience. Was not told it would be a third party moving company. They came late and did not speak English. Had to speak through an app. I said my dad’s military memorabilia was the most important please take care of it. I had a bad feeling. When the next moving company came to deliver (not safebound) they would not deliver unless I paid cash. Suspicious for a moving company I had a card on file I thought to and make sure it was taken care of. Called a friend and had to wait for their cash to deliver. No one told me. ... read more
EXCELLENT SERVICE! The movers had no issues, and we were upbeat throughout the move. They were also considerate about placing items at the new home. we highly recommend them.
They were on time and worked very professionally. Easy to use & fast responses from drivers. Prompt and reliable service. Very happy and satisfied. Will return to them for our move in the future!
Everything extremely quickly! From the salesperson to packers, movers, and especially the coordinator it was all very professional. Recommended!
