I could not be happier with SafeAire. Their technician, Bobby Kozy was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He came the same day I called, gave a reasonable estimate, explained what needed to be done and had the issue repaired several hours later. Very professional. We certainly will use this company with future needs.
Maintained great communication leading up to and during service visit, didn’t try to over sell or pushy; had our ac up and going in no time, ended up adding on a service agreement due to the quality of service and professionalism
They sent a technician out immediately when my AC went out, very concerned for my safety and the safety of my pets. Clay provided an accurate estimate and clearly explained my options, answering all my questions and concerns. Despite it being nearly 90 degrees, he was willing to stay to make sure I was secure in my choices and left a temporary window unit to lower the temperature.
