I've read through a number of the reviews on this site...some good and some not so good. I know its difficult to please everyone everytime. I called SafeAire for a tune up on my system. In the past the drain line had become clogged causing water to overflow from my evaporator. W(hen the technician arrived (Auner) I asked him to make sure the line was free flowing...this he didn't do. Yes my system is old but it has always performed well.
