5/26/2026 female worker who was at the drive up window at 3pm had the worst sassy attitude. Typically the workers at this window are so nice and helpful. She definitely needs to be taken off the window for a while and get some customer service training!
Myself and my family had a very rude experience with one of the employees. She was very impatient with us, as we were asking questions out of curiosity, she kept on making rude remarks to my family as they were trying to explain the information they were providing to her. Her demeanour and attitude towards us was not okay ! I didn’t catch her name but she was a Hispanic lady, on the more larger side, with long blonde/brown hair.
