Myself and my family had a very rude experience with one of the employees. She was very impatient with us, as we were asking questions out of curiosity, she kept on making rude remarks to my family as they were trying to explain the information they were providing to her. Her demeanour and attitude towards us was not okay ! I didn’t catch her name but she was a Hispanic lady, on the more larger side, with long blonde/brown hair. Need to open an account.
Would be 5 but it's annoying that they don't have 24hr customer service I literally have to wait till Monday to fix my problem. Very inconvenient
