After buying a #56 raised panel garage door and having it installed it sees my 16x10 foot garage door did not make it 5 months before a 40 to 50 mph wind storm bent the heck out of it after looking at it there were only 2 struts protecting it from the wind witch is not under warranty , so i have to replace my new door, I gave this door 2 stars because it was probably my fault for not doing more research, I am off to buy another big door now and wait another 20 weeks to get it, next time the door will make sure every panel ... read more
Great Quality Doors combined with excellent customer service!
I called the Columbia City Safe Way garage door branch, I had a busted spring and was tearing the center my double garage door . Appointment was made for the next day, which was fine. They called me back a couple of hrs later saying they were running ahead of time and could get it in an hr, perfect. They arrived ,had all the parts had it fixed and running in an 1/2 hr. Very nice gentlemen and so professional. Will be first call when a problem arises . Well done.
