Hi Everyone, I had one of those emergency lock-in's when the spring unit broke, leaving me as a captive in my garage. I contacted Safe Way Garage Doors and they responded super quick. Kevin, the garage door tech was super nice and provided excellent garage repair services. I was free to leave in no time at all. Great rates and excellent service....who could ask for more!!! I can't express my gratitude enough for the help/service that I received from Phil, the owner of this company, in a very scary situation! As I was preparing for Hurricane Milton & putting outside things into the garage, my garage door wouldn't close (manually)! Some of the panels had dents/damage from Hurricane Ian, so that hindered movement along the track. I called several companies that night, but many couldn't come until after the storm. Safe Way Garage Doors is a company of integrity! I gave them a call to repair my garage door sensor. It was a simple enough fix that they were able to help me over the phone in minutes. So impressed by their customer service and will be definitely be using them for any future issues.
OMG, today after hurricane Milton passed, I tried to open my garage door from the inside. It would not open no matter how hard I tried. I had no internet because of the storm and when I called Safe Way Garage Doors, Phil answered the phone immediately and patiently helped me with the steps to get the door open. He asked me to send a picture of the controls on the door which I did and he solved the problem in 2 minutes .And voilà the door went up and I was so happy. The customer service is beyond excellent .
