I called 3 different places trying to get the Life alert for my ederly Mom who was a fall risk. Cameron called me back in a few minutes ( 1 called me back a week later!!)Cameron came out and hooked it, and had her ready that afternoon! Great customer service, we never had an issue. We used it for over a year and half. This year I had ederly Dad start using it too. I highly recommend the life fall alert. Thank you Cameron for the great customer service, fast response, and great equipment that has never failed us.
Quality providers and excellent team of people
Horrible customer service. Cameron's the worst. Always making excuses, some staff members never show up half the time. Yet they still bill insurance. Sent a 460 pound man to help me. He sat in my kitchen stool and broke it. Safe Watch refused to replace it and lost my contract over a $50.00 stool. Kat Vargas, my last house keeper was the Best!!! She's the one who loses, not Cameron, not SafeWatch. She loses 15 hours a week due to Cameron's failure and lack of customer service.
Safe watch is not a good place to go through because they will not help you at all
