Very happy with purchase process, good communication and answering all questions. Very informed of details of requirements and how to use. Made sure hook up, how to use, getting title, and all aspects of purchase. Trailer pulls great.
Best deals you'll find for a trailer! Best people you'll meet on a personal level!! Couldn't ask for a smoother transaction. They had my trailer ready and staged, including having the spare rim & tire I purchased separately, mounted to the trailer. All I had to do is back up to the trailer and they hooked everything up, and went through a full safety check, including lights brakes etc.. 'hence the name, SAFE TRIP TRAILERS'.
