Tech called and was very friendly. I was told the process was $80 to repair or free with insurance. I was assured the process was quick and simple. Total time on phone was 45 minutes before finding out I would have to drive back to to take pictures of the vin, or call the tech and get pictures sent over. My irritation is that I consider 3 phone calls, 1 texting session, an online form submission, and 45 minutes of time with still more required not quick or simple. Technician Freddy did an awesome job repairing 2 cracks in my windshield at a great price. Can’t even tell where they were. Will be returning to this exact location should I need more glass repair.
