In my nearly 40 yrs on earth, never have a had a more personable and professional interaction as a consumer dealing with a small business. The 2 gentlemen and young lady that run the place are the picture of politeness, (even in their reminders for payment to be remitted) and are always in a friendly and courteous mood it seems.
