After becoming flooded by Hurricane Harvey and every other storage unit in Beaumont being full, I found Safe Storage! Rates are great but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone! Fix that - like getting an answering service or setting up a mailbox - and you guys are a TEN-plus!!!
