This place is horrible. My unit was broken into and $15,000+ of tools and equipment was stolen. They've done nothing about it and wouldnt do anything to reimburse me. The units are way over priced for quality of the units. There's basically 0 security. They constantly change the gate code without informing you. Absolutely terrible buisness
I reserved a unit on Feb 26 for the 1st of March I was sent instructions along with the access code when I went to the site the access code did not open any of the locked gates, I contacted customer service but was told that the site manager had not reached out to them with any other codes so they would have to get back to me. No call that day, the next day I called to ask for the new code was met with the same problem and response "someone will contact you with the new code" I ended up having to extend my uhual truck becaus... read more
This place is really transforming since new ownership. You can reach someone 6 days per week or they have called back very quickly. Much cleaner and more professional.
