I installed a new 50 gal. heater and still can't get enough water to enjoy the tub. It gets about 2/3 full and then nothing but cold water. I call and they are 0 assistance, just keep telling me to call the plumber. The only solution I guess is to get another water heater to piggy back off this one. Biggest waste of 25K or any money I ever spent. I purchased the tub for my invalid wife, but with the lack of hot water she was not able to successfully use the tub. Initial communication was quick, polite, helpful and easy to schedule a consultation. My appointment was today 4-22-2026 at 10 am and the only good thing I have to say is the salesman Tito M. was on time. The 2 men that came did a great job after a long day still showed me the rub features!
I just had a shower installed last Thursday for my disabled father with dementia. We were told to let it dry to not use it or get into it. The first shower that was taken on Saturday we found the hot water gets warm but will not get hot also the face plate is over 1/4" out away from the shower wall and just packed pull of silicone, one spot I can literally put my fingers between the faceplate and shower wall. Adam in Houston came out first day of service. Tightened up door handle. Cleaned around gasket. Filled, tested tub to check for leaks and it was all clear. Adam was very nice and helpful with information going forward. Walk in shower.
