4/14/2021, I purchased a Safe Step Walk-in Shower from Safe Step. The salesman was pushy, and the shower cost as much as a small car. Even though I had put down half, it didn't get installed until June 30, 2021. The install crew was grumpy and locked themselves in the bathroom, so I couldn't see progress on their work. The shower head has a diverter to switch water to a handheld device. That has always been difficult since I have to reach up and use both hands to divert the water. So i will start this review out on how and why i am here to post this. Me and my wife are in the market for a walk in tub for her 76 year old mother who is in need of one for the benefits a walk in tub provides. But yesterday a Safestep flyer came in the mail so my wife called them she spoke with a polite man and he took down the address ect. and set date for a rep to show and she ended the call. And about five mins later a female rep called back and told my wife that she needed the name of her mother who is the home owner. ... read more
When you call the service depth with a problem they take days to get back to you. Not the 1st time this has happened.
