My experience with S&S was nothing but wonderful. Reached out to Rich, left a vm and he returned my call within an hour. The roof inspection was completed same day. Did not need an entire roof replacement, but one small repair. Rich advised the his crew would be out within a few weeks. Rich called me the day the repair was going to be completed. Said his crew would be to my home around 7:30. The crew showed up on time and completed the job within 30 mins.
This has been the smoothest, and least anxiety inducing home improvement I have EVER experienced!! The team at Safe and Sound are second to none, regardless if it the folks installing, acting as contractor, or those working with our insurance. The effort I had to put forth was minimal. Safe and Sound took time to answer all my questions about metal roofing versus asphalt shingles - going over all the pros and cons of each. There are many cons to a new roof, by the way! I will say that their quote was NOT the cheapest, but the knowledge and confidence that that inspires is worth something, too. You won't being going wrong by picking Safe and Sound - and we decided to go with new gutters/spouting at the same time to alleviate some runoff issues to further protect our home!
