Safe and Sound took time to answer all my questions about metal roofing versus asphalt shingles - going over all the pros and cons of each. There are many cons to a new roof, by the way! I will say that their quote was NOT the cheapest, but the knowledge and confidence that that inspires is worth something, too. You won't being going wrong by picking Safe and Sound - and we decided to go with new gutters/spouting at the same time to alleviate some runoff issues to further protect our home!
Richard and his team are great to work with. Richard is honest and trustworthy. Safe and Sound Roofing installed a brand new roof on a duplex I own. They did a great job and left with the area all cleaned up. I highly recommend!
RIchard has a huge selection of roofing options available - something for every style of home and every budget. He is very knowledgeable in his inspection and makes sure his team follows through with all the decisions that were made as far as how the job should be handled. Even with a sky's-the-limit options, I do not believe he would ever oversell.
Let me say this, Richard began with keeping his promise of getting back with us promptly on quote, in fact a half day early which relieved our anxieties immediately. He never left the site while job was being completed and his team was over the top professional with customer service and job completion! I never do this but I was so impressed with this company so have to let them and everyone know this is by far the best company in my 54 yrs of life I've ever worked with. I took a chance calling them because they are out of the Columbus area and I'm hours north of there but I was desperate because everyone else I had look at it was scared to do the job.
