I lived in an apartment beside the storage units for about six years, during which time I cared full-time for my disabled mother. After the owner passed away, the new owner took over and showed a complete lack of empathy. Without any valid notice, he evicted us both, forcing us out onto the street at a time when we were already struggling. New owner is wonderful! We only needed our unit for a month and he still went out of his way to accommodate us. He was quick to answer the phone and easy to work with to rent the unit and to turn the key back in. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!!

I was calling for some information and the gentleman that answered wasn’t very helpful. But, I could hear someone clearly in the background that was trying to poke fun at my questions so I had to explain what I meant (think inside unit versus an outside unit and square footage). Not polite. Now why would I even consider bringing you my business just because you’re “cheapest in town”.
