Very unprofessional. Inappropriate actions during inspection, foul language in report, and very off putting personality. He listed things that didn’t make sense and missed obvious issues.

Brian is incredibly thorough with his inspections, sends details and photos for us to review. Overall just a super nice guy. This is the second time we’ve used him and we refer him to everyone we know. Kyle is also very prompt with texts/calls and answered any questions we had.
This is generous. Stay away from this inspector. He will ruin your deal. He makes fun of properties and other people's homes. He is unprofessional, rude, and is a deal killer.
