I had a procedure done this morning. I was late to my appointment, when I walked in no one greeted me. Another lady brought her paperwork up to the counter and that is when the lady came out. She was very kind to this woman. This lady was Hispanic, curly hair, many ear piercings, glasses, and was about 4”11. The place is very clean, the MA that did my IV was very informative and communicative. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that the doctor was pressuring me into getting a surgical procedure instead of medical.

It was paid very expensive and since you came in the woman who received me at the reception treated me so badly that I panicked

I brought my niece to this clinic and had a very disappointing and concerning experience. From the moment we arrived, the woman who assisted us initially had an awful attitude—rude, dismissive, and constantly cutting me off when I asked simple questions. For clarity, this was a short woman (approximately 4’11”), appearing to be in her mid-40s to mid-50s, with brown hair and bangs, glasses, and blue acrylic nails.
