The doctor and his staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. On the day of my appointment, I was grieving the unexpected loss of my dog the same morning who passed away in his sleep. Despite how overwhelmed I felt, everyone there made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. Thank you to each person I encountered during such a difficult and emotional day—your kindness meant more than you know.
