I talked with Tom. He was genuinely warm from the first second. No cold shoulder, no rushing me off.
Tom was extremely responsive to an issue we had, and went well beyond what we could have expected in terms of customer service. His team installed a fence for us several years back that we've loved. We recently encountered an issue that had zero to do with fence quality and was not at all his company's responsibility, but he was overly accommodating in fixing it for us. Great product and unmatched customer service!

Organizing the install and the work actually being done were super easy and they were also really nice, easy to work with and friendly.
