This storage place had issues with their credit card processing for about 3 weeks. Time and again we tried to pay but they said it's down. Then after 3 weeks, their credit card processor was working again, but they charged the late fee. We asked to remove the late fees because it wasn't our fault they couldn't take our payment, but they refused. So we took it as they deliberately made us late on purpose so they can collect late fees. They even lied that they were only down for 2 days, when it was at least 3 weeks. They said ... read more

Do not rent from this company! I was with them for years. Paid them lots of money for 5 years. It's been 4 years since I had a storage uniit with them and they're saying I owed money and I didn't even received a bill now they say i owed $50 from 4 years ago I just received a phone call from a collection agency saying saying I owe them almost 200 dollars from 4 years. I have perfect credit and I pay my bills. She was very rude wouldn't work with me. I Wouldn't rent from this company! ,very greedy.
People who run it are friendly, website makes it easy to pay online and over all it's a great choice for storage
