I have to agree with the other reviewers of Safe Ship. The jerk working in this store has been there for six years and is extremely rude as well as incompetent. He would not willingly answer my questions about a package that I mailed there that was not received by Fedex and then hung up several times. Do not mail your packages from this Safe Ship which should be called Shitty Ship.

Wow. The customer service is beyond terrible. How this place stays in business is beyond me. Not only was the man rude, I was scolded for not taping the box, charged $1.00 for tape and told, "it's to prove a point." When I asked for a receipt he threw all my things in one box and told me to go elsewhere. As I walked out he said, "Wow." I have worked with middle school kids with more integrity and professionalism than this man has. Sad.

I have always had great service and don’t go anywhere else to mail my packages. On one occasion when using SpeeDee my package wasn’t delivered but it was not this business who was at fault. I do not recommend sending packages through SpeeDee. By the way this business resent my package free of charge once it was received back even though they were not at fault.

The rudest people on the planet. Should be shut down! This place is actually misnamed! It should be called Ship at your own risk! I went to Safe Ship to mail a bill and talked to Jay who works there. I gave him the 48 cents for a 1st class stamp and he said he would mail it for me. I trusted him at his word. He did mail my bill out but did not stamp it. Absolutely terrible customer service... This guy need Help his name is Matt... Under new ownership... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON.... Make the extra Mile to ship your package and to rent U HAUL as you will get a better Price... Discrimination To its fullest....
