Code box to enter busted off for months. Have to call to enter. Then they don't answer and message to call back. An hour later another renter let me in. Unacceptable! Then they message me back and Chad says he had a doctor appointment and was calling the police on me and banning me from entry. Unacceptable! Worst service ever. Yells at customers and call the cops. Do not rent here,they will also double your rates once moved in.

Nice clean facility, was able to do all the paperwork on my phone. They also have an excellent staff that is easy to talk or text to.
Called and asked if we could get a unit same day and Dylan was very accommodating! The whole process went extremely smooth considering the short notice we gave him. Extremely happy!
